Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges

For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover the applicable return shipping cost. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

Shipping

We currently ship only to valid delivery addresses within the United States.

Standard shipping is free for U.S. orders. Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays.

After the carrier receives the parcel, standard transit normally takes approximately 4–6 business days. These delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, peak shipping periods, address issues, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

A tracking number is provided after shipment. Tracking information may take a short period of time to become active in the carrier's system.
